Country Meadows Celebration Book Club!

Join by donating $15 to purchase a new book for the Country Meadows Library.  

We will honor your child by putting a plaque with their name into a brand new book.  

Your child will also be the first to ever check-out that book!

HOW TO JOIN:

  1. Download the Celebrations Form.

  2. Bring the completed form to the library with $15 check made out to Country Meadows.

  3. Your child will choose a book from our selection of brand new texts! The plaque will be added to the front cover, and your child will be the first to check it out.

​**If you are celebrating a student's birthday, we will honor them during their birthday month!​
